After many years of training in different restaurants Ton considered it time to realize his big dream, a restaurant of his own. Ton had worked for Het Rosarium in Amsterdam, Het Kurhaus in Scheveningen and Auberge Fleurie in Abcoude and he was sous-chef at Restaurant Beddington's for 5 years and chef de cuisine for almost 10 years at Les Jumeaux in Bennebroek. Ellen has built up experience as a trainee in different places.
Since 2012 Ton has left the kitchen to his trusted chefs to be more front of house. He directs the service and gives you excellent advice in choosing wine and food.
