How it all started

Ton previously worked at Het Rosarium, Het Kurhaus and Auberge Fleuri, among others. He was a sous chef at Beddington's restaurant for five years and head chef at Les Jumeaux in Bennebroek for almost ten years.

After years of gaining experience at various restaurants, Ton thought it was the right time to pursue his big dream in 1999. His own restaurant. From 1999 to 2012, Ton worked in the kitchen as the head chef. Since 2012 he has exchanged the kitchen for a more prominent place in the restaurant, managing the service team.
